UNITED STATES shipping and handling fees for 2 oz tubes are based on weight and are on a sliding scale as follows:
1-2 tubes: $5.00
3-4 tubes: $7.00
5-6 tubes: $8.00
7-8 tubes: $8.50
9-12 tubes: $9.00
13-17 tubes: $11.00
